At our company we have promoted an evolution of the structure and processes of corporate governance with a focus on ensuring and increasing the development of water and basic sanitation infrastructure in Brazil.

The current governance structure enables the decision-making process in an agile and collegiate manner, considering environmental, social and economic risks and opportunities.

The committees of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board deepen the analysis of the most relevant topics so that the company can identify externalities and execute its strategy connected to its purpose and to the promotion of sustainable development, ensuring the generation of value in financial and non-financial capital. In the municipalities, the business units have their own management structures. They carry out their activities in a standardized way and guided by administrative policies, rules and procedures. The monitoring of the execution of projects and investments is carried out in a centralized manner by the administrative teams installed in the administrative headquarters in the city of São Paulo.
