Reinvent

Vocational training for women in situations of social vulnerability or refuge, to work as plumbers or hydraulic installers in the sanitation sector. The objective is to train professionals capable of multiplying technical and socio-environmental knowledge in favor of universal sanitation, stimulating employability, giving women a leading role and seeking to reduce barriers and obstacles to social development. The training of attendees combines two simultaneous articulated processes: basic and specific training - soft skills and hard skills to develop competence and mastery of trades.

Public: Women in situations of social vulnerability or refuge
Workload: Average of 240 hours of training and 60 hours of mentoring

Each participant receives a monthly humanitarian aid of R$300.00, with a bonus of another R$300.00 linked to attendance and performance, in addition to a tablet and internet to allow access to classes during the course.

Virtual adaptation: In general, vocational institutions offer blended versions with a recognized methodology for this type of training.
